The build journey

Grays, Essex

Simon and Karen wanted to remove their existing garage to create a garden room with WC and workshop. They chose a white rendered exterior and white UPVC doors and windows to blend in with the house. The building is fully insulated for use all year round and internally is split into two rooms. We fitted laminate flooring, all electrics, lighting and both rooms were plastered, painted and ready to use.

​We started by dismantling the old existing garage which was crumbling and not fit for purpose to use as a basis for conversion. Once removed we could see the footprint for the new garden room and set to work creating their vision.
