Garden office & workshop with black slatted cladding

Ongar, Essex
Size: 5.4m x 3m 

Jennifer and Graham wanted a sleek garden office and workshop to replace an old existing Johnsons garden building. They chose charcoal composite slatted cladding which looks really smart with the black doors and windows and is maintenance free. The building is fully insulated for use all year round and internally is split into two rooms. The office features a worktop desk with access points for cables and plenty of sockets for a laptop, printer and other equipment. The workshop features rubber mat flooring so Graham can work on his road bikes without damaging the floor underneath. It also allows for the use of the room to be changed with ease. We fitted an electric panel heater in each room to ensure it remains warm in winter, as well as laminate flooring, all electrics, internal and external lighting, WiFi/internet connection and both rooms were plastered, painted and ready to use.
