Ian and Ange wanted a stylish entertainment space to relax in with an integral shed for storage. 5 panel bifold doors in dark grey open out onto the stone poolside and were chosen to contrast with the Canadian red wood cedar cladding. They are flanked by beautiful plants and shrubs which at night are highlighted by the lighting above. The room is fully insulated for use all year round and we installed a TV and WiFi connection. The garden room features a bespoke bar, pool table and comfy sofa - perfect for entertaining.
If you have the luxury of a pool you need somewhere to shower after! A loo is always handy when your down in the garden room too. We didn't use an external company to fit this, we do it all ourselves.

"Biggest concern was the usual one most people have when trying to find someone to complete work on their house: in the absence of a personal recommendation - how do you know if the person you employ can be relied upon to deliver what you want, to a high standard? The garden room was a big project and would be a big change to the garden so we wanted to be sure that whoever completed the work, would build something that complemented our garden. Pleased to say that’s what we got and the garden room was what we were looking for and finished to the high standard we wanted.
Favourite feature is the bar area and the individual touches we agreed upon as you put it together. The best part of the service was the attention to detail throughout the project.

The bar
Grey and tan Italian sparkle split face tiles cover the front of the bar and are lit from above by concealed lighting under the split level wooden counter top. Shaker style dark blue units house a wine cooler, sink and storage and the antique mirrored tiles add a touch of glamour. The floating wooden shelf is lit behind for a warm glow and we even made a chopping board for the drinks garnish. We love the emerald green velvet bar stools and they match the pool table!
